GCO Sues State Over Open Records
A member of GCO, and the owner of GPO (Georgia Packing dot Org), was denied an open records request for electronic copies of GFL application materials created by the Georgia Department of Public Safety. GCO is sponsoring litigation against the state in Fulton County Superior Court to require compliance with the state open records act. A copy of the complaint is available here:
