GCO Requests Summary Judgment in Coweta County
GCO has filed a motion for summary judgment in its case against Coweta County. GCO is seeking a declaration that the county’s ordinance prohibiting carrying firearms in county parks is invalid, and an injunction preventing the county from enforcing the ordinance.
