		<description>No, Stone Mountain is not a state park as others are run by the Department of Natural Resources.  Stone mountain is controlled by a state created authority.

HB 89 deals with DNR property but not state authorities.  So when July 1st comes, SM will still be off limits (unless something else is done).</description>
