Kick some legal butt Mr. M, Shirley neds to be reminded she lives in the USA and she's a P***ant Mayor not a dictator. She, Bloomberg, and Daley need to be locked in the same padded cell and only be allowed crayons and blank paper. Do they still do that with insane people?

Thanks, Mr. Monroe. I meant the brief, and I didn't know when it was due.

Eagerly anticipating the next round of stuff that I really don't quite entirely understand but love to read anyway.

The "notice of appeal" has been written and filed. In its entirety, it says, "Notice is hereby given that all Plaintiffs in this action hereby appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from the final judgment entered in this action on September 26, 2008."

A brief will not be filed for several weeks (appellants' briefs are due 40 days after the record from the district court is filed with the court of appeals, an event that has not yet occurred).
