In its entirety, it says, "Notice is hereby given that all Plaintiffs in this action hereby appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from the final judgment entered in this action on September 26, 2008." A brief will not be filed for several weeks (appellants' briefs are due 40 days after the record from the district court is filed with the court of appeals, an event that has not yet occurred). The “notice of appeal” has been written and filed.
