Friday & Saturday – AUGUST 9 & 10!!!!
Tickets to GeorgiaCarry.Org’s 5th Annual Convention are now on sale via the GeorgiaCarry.Org website.  The registration information can be reached from any page on the website by clicking on the “Events and Announcements” tab at the bottom of any page or by clicking here.  If you have need assistance in purchasing tickets, please contact jhenry@georgiacarry.org for assistance.It should be noted that ticket sales has increased significantly since the announcement of Herman Cain as our keynote speaker.

The Meet the Board meeting will be open to all members of GeorgiaCarry.Org.  Members will not be required to purchase tickets to attend the Meet the Board session but will need a membership card. (If you do not have a card, we will be able to establish your membership through the GCO database.)  All other events will require a convention badge to enter the venue.

Room reservations at the Waverly are now available via the GeorgiaCarry.Org website.  You may click on the “Events and Announcements” tab at the bottom of any page, then the “click here” to go to room reservations or by clicking here.  The code for the GCO discount will be inserted automatically on the page.  If you are not planning on a two-day stay, you will need to change the arrival date on the page.  The discounted room price is $109 per night.

Ticket prices are as follows:
Member Prices:
Friday Night Session only – $45
Saturday Night Session only – $90
Both Friday and Saturday Session – $135
Early Bird tickets – Both Friday and Saturday $110 (Savings of $25 if bought by midnight, July 19, 2013)
Non-Member Prices:
Friday Only – $60
Saturday Only – $105
All-inclusive Both days – $150

Non-members will be allowed to fill out a membership application when they arrive at the convention and will become a GCO member for free if they so decide.

Full Tickets (both Friday and Saturday) can once again be purchased using our payout plan.The discounted price to attend both days is $110 for Members until July 19. We have split that into 5 payments of $22.  You must pay the entire $110 per member by July 19th.  After that the discount ends and you must pay a total of $135 per member. Registration ends and all payments but will be received by MIDNIGHT, August 4th

No refunds will be given if the total amount has not been paid by MIDNIGHT, August 4th. Payments are to be made on line through the store.

Details on the line up for the convention should be finalized by mid July.
