I think Mr. Monroe may need to send this same letter to the probate judge of Liberty County, Nancy Aspinwall. They keep refusing to issue temporary licenses even when given a copy of 16-11-129.

A letter has now been sent to Judge Aspinwall.

Thanks GunStar1. I had made a post about the issue on GPO and Mr. Stone contacted me and let me know he had drafted and sent the letter. I am hoping that they will take action soon since today, 3 Feb is the last day I can carry outside my home and vehicle since my permit expires at Midnight.
