The First Amendment does not require a license to speak [although there are times . . .]. A person takes his First Amendment Right to speak into Church, Theater, School and College Campus, Grocery Store, Playground, etc. and is not penalized for doing so. Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Assembly and Freedom of the Press are on Equal Footing with "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms" and that is why the Second Amendment states the right "Shall Not Be Infringed." I respectfully request that everyone re-read the Bill of Rights and look at each as having equal standing with the others. Remember, the US Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, above all other State, County and Local Laws. That is akin to begging for violations of liberty to be validated and cemented into case law. This should be handled through the Georgia General Assembly and Georgia courts.
