General Questions:

How do I sign in to this store?
To sign in to your store account, on the right hand side of the screen is the "Authentication" box where you can enter your username and password. If you do not have an account, please click Register on the menu bar.  Note to first time users of this store, if you have not ever used this store, then you do not have an account.  GCO Membership is not the same as having an account in the GCO store.
 
Do I have to register or sign in to this store?
No.  If you don't have a login, or don't want to have a login, or don't want to try to remember what your login is, you can checkout as a guest.  This does not affect paying for your membership with GCO as long as your email address matches the one on your application.
 
How do I check out as a guest?
Once you have added what you want to purchase to your cart, checkout.  On the checkout screen is where you will fill out your information.  Simply skip the part about creating a username and password.
 
How do I sign out of this site?
To sign out of your customer account, click Log Out button in the "Authentication" box on the right hand side of the screen and you will return to the home page. If Sign Out does not appear in the "Authentication" box, then you are not currently signed in to the site.
 
What if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, at the bottom of the "Authentication" box, click on the Recover password link. On the password retrieval page, you may enter your username and e-mail address, and then click Submit. We will send your password to the e-mail address we have on file for your account.
 
How do I become a registered user for this store?
To become a registered user of this store, click the Register button in the Authentication box and enter your Profile and Account information. Then click Register. There is no cost to become a registered user. Please note: For security purposes, your password must consist of 7-32 characters and must include at least one letter and one number. Passwords are case sensitive.
 
How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
To add an item to your shopping cart, on the Product page enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity field and then click Add to Cart.  For a Donation, you will need to enter the amount you wish to donate and then add it to your cart. 
 
How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
To remove a single item from your shopping cart, click the x box next to the item you wish to remove.« Back to top
 
How do I remove all of the products in my shopping cart?
To remove all of the items currently in your shopping cart, click the Clear Cart button.
 
Who can I contact if I have questions?
Please click Contact Us on the menu bar to learn how to reach us regarding any questions or issues you may have. Feel free to contact us, or fill out the Contact Request form and we will contact you.
 
Is my credit card information secure through this site?
YES! Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.  Rest assured that both your credit card information and personal information are protected.« Back to top
 
Can I update my account contact information?
To update your contact information you must first Sign In. Click My Account on the menu bar to access your account information. Select the Profile for which you wish to update the contact information. Make your changes and then click Save.« Back to top
 
Can I change my e-mail address and password?
To update your e-mail address and password you must first Sign In. Click My Account on the menu bar to access your account information and then select Change E-mail Address and Password from the My Account menu. You may update your e-mail address, first and last name, and change your password, then click Save. Please note: For security purposes, your password must consist of 7-32 characters and must include at least one letter and one number. Passwords are case sensitive.
 
 
 
 
Membership Dues Questions:
 
Can I pay for more than one year of membership at a time?
Yes, enter the number of years you want to pay for in the quantity box for membership dues and click buy now or update quantity.  The store will calculate the correct price.
 
Can I pay for a membership for someone else?
Yes,  If a membership payment is for someone as a gift, please use the "Gift Certificate" link.  The person who the gift is for can then fill out a membership application and use the gift certificate as payment for their membership.
 
Can I pay for more than one member at a time other than giving as a gift?
No. If it is not a gift then please fill out the application and then complete the checkout to pay for the first person, then fill out the membership application for the second person and then checkout to pay for the second person.
 
Can I add a donation to my membership payment?
Yes, click on the Donate link on the left side of the screen and enter the amount you want to donate into the "Our Price" box.  Leave the quantity at 1.  Then click "add to cart".
