  • Chatham Judge Seeks Sanctions Against GCO (1/6/2019) - Chatham County Probate Judge Thomas Bordeaux has filed a motion with the Court of Appeals of Georgia, seeking sanctions against GCO for filing a “frivolous appeal.” The motion apparently was filed in retribution against GCO because GCO sought to force Bordeaux to follow Georgia law in issuing GWLs in the time required by statute.
